As always FuckUp Nights Stockholm was a success!
At this special event last Thursday, there were three great speakers. Björn Wessborg and his partner from Star Republic spoke very amusingly of the immidiate failure when they ”hijacked” another company’s brand and produced products with the logo. However, the naivety of this idea put them on the front page of most newspapers, both national and international.
Jenny Bloth, Marketing Brand Manager at Metro, spoke of how the lack of knowledge may sometimes put you at an odd spot. For example one time she had no idea of who two of the best DJs in Sweden were and turned them down. And she told us about when she was going to make the best campaign ever for Metro’s Allastudier.se and made a fact check mistake with a very funny result.
Finally, Fredrik Jung Abbou, CEO at Fakturino and founder of companies like KRY, Lendo, MyPix etc. gave us his empirical view on why companies often fail in the beginning due to bad leadership and lack of strategy.
The conferencier of the evening was the hilarious and very professional entrepreneur and young talent Johan Pärson, founder of Rymdvodka.
